Cat's Cradle

First piece of 2010! Off on a good foot, if I'm allowed to toot my own horn. Which is what the Internet seems to encourage.

Cat's Cradle, ink on cardboard, in 18½" x 23" frame. For sale.

Progress

Feeling out of sorts due to multiple sources of pain + dental surgery.. hard to make art when I'm out of sorts. Wrote my frustrations + musings + manifestations down, laying groundwork for new mindflow piece.

First Sight

Future t-shirt buddy, awestruck.

Website Updations, Facebook Fan Page

Reconfangled the internetifications on my website.

This means new art, and various lil' tweaks you won't notice!

Tell your grandmother!

Also,  I've created a Facebook fanpage I encourage your grandmother to join. It's all part of my plan for a quadruple-redundant art system, to ensure that people will be able to see my doodles even after the apocolypse. I am Choplogik, king of kings! Gaze upon my works, ye mighty, and despair!

SMUT!

Do you know where your children are? This book will tell you where- in the clutches of Internet Pornography! As this publication entails, the "Devil's Down-Load" may be tempting them as we live & breathe! It is handily sized at 7 inches by 5 inches, making it ideal for shaking aloft whilst reprimanding wayward youth.
Clothbound at the Pitman Press in Bath & Hand-Illustrated in Vancouver, BC with inks & oils, this omnibus is guaranteed Smut-Free and is Fearsomely Informative.

Buy now and save yourselves from this growing menace! Contact Mssrs. Chop & Logik for details.

Killer Cures

Fear is the germ spread most easily... while not a commentary on any current or past pandemics that we fixate on, it can apply. The character is one who, like most of us, subscribes to the dogma of "better living through chemistry". Yet, when the chemicals are examined, they are revealed to be lethal. Do the things we imagine to improve our lives actually cause more damage? Is temporary relief worth later suffering? Above all, the fear you feel can infect the person next to you, or someone on the other side of the world. How will we conquer it?

oil + inks on vintage book, 6"x3½".

I'm very proud of how this piece turned out! The antiqued feel gels with my style. Looking forward to a possible series of these... a whole library!
